What the Bible Says About Anxiety & Fear

— Philippians 4:6-7 (ESV)Key Scriptures
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you."
"Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."

What Scripture Teaches
Anxiety is a signal to pray, not a sin to hide. God invites you to bring every worry to Him.
Fear and faith cannot occupy the same space. Choose to trust what God has said over what your feelings tell you.
God does not promise the absence of trouble — He promises His presence in the midst of it.
When anxious thoughts come, name them before God specifically and replace them with a truth from Scripture.
